I gotta say ShadeMan because the stage kinda reminded of Ghost & Goblins in the beging and plus you can get The ProtoShield there!

MM1: Cutman (First Guy I ever went against)
MM2: MetalMan (His stage was my Favorite)
MM3: ShadowMan ( He had the Slide ability)
MM4: PharohMan (The guy could Charge his weapon)
MM5: GyroMan (His Stage was really great)
MM6: Knightman (Knights Rule)
MM7: ShadeMan (His stage had the zombies from Ghost & Goblins and the Music)
MM8: SwordMan (The Music was really great)
MM9: SplashWoman( First Female Robot Master Really stood out they should make another female robot master)
MM10: NitroMan (Badass Motorcycle)
MM&B: Dynamoman (He healed himself made it a great battle)
