Time Man and Frost Man.

Time Man because I think he has a cool design and time manipulation in general is pretty cool imo.

Frost Man because his stage theme is probably my favorite out of all the megaman games.

Doubt anyone's even heard of this game. It's a fun doujin shoot 'em up/rail shooter. While trance music isn't my favorite genre, this game does it quite well.
