Ok i'm going need to explain somethings, the file will show that Finn is not centered. Why? because for some reasone i can't get it to stay,  i position all the sprites correctly save, try it out, find this in MM8BDM
(click to show/hide)
go back to the Finn file and all of a sudden he's not centered anymore.
I have 0 idea what i'm doing wrong, at one point i did have it normal, size and position, but i noticed one of the frames was wrong. So i when't back replaced the frame and and redid the hole thing as SLumpEd crashed erasing everything when i went to replace it, did the hole prosses over again and got the same problem as i did before. I have tried multiple times with the exact same results every time. and would really like to know what i'm doing wrong, i don't make skins often but it is something i'd like to keep doing it in the future but i need to know what i'm doing wrong.

Could you send me the skin? It'll make it easier to see what you're doing wrong.
Do you mean the sprite sheet or the actual file? if the file how would i send it to you?

It could be offset problems, be sure to offset every sprite properly.
I don't know what a "offset" would be would you mind explaining?

Help & Editing / skin problem
« on: August 04, 2012, 06:13:53 PM »
I've followed the skin tutorial and tried all i can think of to try to get this skin i'm making at the moment to work but with no luck . All my sprites are correctly named and are transparent but when i put the file into the MM8BDM skin folder and look for it on the game it either A) isn't their or B) shows up half  in the floor smaller than it should be jittering whene i fire. I used Microsoft paint to make the sprites, Gimp to make my sprites transparent and use SLumpEd_07 to put them in game. I make sure all the sprites are properly in the middle on feet on the line but i still get this problem anybody have a idea what i'm doing wrong?

Help & Editing / Paint transparacy problem
« on: June 29, 2011, 04:02:10 PM »
pretty simple question, I saved all of my frames in MS paint but their not transparent(i thought all you did was click the circle without the white background button before pasting your sprite in.). I've read things from other people how had the same issue but I'm not positive what they mean. from what i saw you need to take the magic wand (is that what lets you trace things? if that's so its way to thick to do so, I've tried.) and delete the background (with the delete button. f someone could tell me how to do this it would greatly be appreciated.
