This is NOT good. :(
You do realize that everything in that article was already stated on the day it was cancelled and that it is completely redundant?

You have to put them in the correct order?

Strange, I've never had to before.

Help & Editing / Can't join a particular server.

So I'm trying to join Deathwind's Rage Roboenza server that has PoweredUpV1a, CSCMRemix_V3a, and RageRoboenzaPU-3c.  I've put on all of these wads/pk3's, but it still says that I don't have the correct wads to join the server.  I'm using the Internal Browser.

Hello there.  Sorry if this thread is dead or whatnot, but I've followed every single step of this thread, but my router will not let my use my Internal IP address for port forwarding.

I've followed each and every step exactly to the point, and I also looked up specific guides for the router, but nothing has worked.

That is what my router list displays.  192.168.1.1 is my Default Gateway/Internal IP, as evidenced here:

http://i60.servimg.com/u/f60/15/30/54/08/portfo11.jpg

but whenever I try to click "Save Settings" it tells me I have an invalid IP address.  Please tell me what I'm doing wrong!

Well, at least there's that Mega Man comic that probably won't be released anywhere near me to look forward to...

Only thing missing:  Dr. Wahwee or a W-Megaman joke.

Other than that, this is the best ever.

Mega Man Discussion / Re: No sleep until clear - Song
« on: April 06, 2011, 03:13:27 AM »
I was disappointed that this song didn't have anything with Ice Man's/Wily Stage 1 flying platforms, leaning more towards the Wily Stage 1 ones, as the ones in Ice Man's stage can be crossed via Magnet Beam, whereas you can't do that in Wily Stage 1 due to the spikes and you have to conserve Magnet Beam power for the next screen.

I played Mega Man 1 on the Anniversary Collection (Normal difficulty, no autofire or navi mode) and the only parts I had trouble with were:
1) Elec Man boss fight (low on health at this point)
2) Ice Man floating platforms
3) Wily Stage 1 floating platforms

#3 made me ragequit.

MM7 has a lot of weird easter eggs like that.

Definitely.  Just look at Shade Man's stage...

Already knew this, but just wanted to share the knowledge to some others.  If you use the Freeze Cracker on that white robot that doesn't attack you in Cloud Man's stage, it will start to rain.  Attack it with the same weapon again, and it will begin snowing.  Not only does this make the cloud platforms slower, it also makes it so you can see all the platforms in the invisible platform section.

Mega Man Discussion / Re: how bad are you a Mega Man nerd?
« on: March 04, 2011, 03:56:24 AM »
One thing I forgot to mention was that I downloaded a program that activates whenever you start something else.  If you were to click on the internet, for example, the logo of the internet browser you use would show up in a MM2-ish boss select screen while the boss select music plays.

It's called the "Mega Man Effect" if anyone wants to google it.

It's fine.

Anyway, to get back on topic, another thing I noticed semi-recentlyish was that you could get the Energy Balancer in MM6.

As big of a nerd as I am, I could never figure out where to get it.
