Name: Congressman Daffy Duck
"You're despicable."
Appearance: Like Daffy Duck, but with a more congressmanly appearance.
Personality: Good old classic Daffy Duck.
Backstory: Daffy Duck, like Mayor Bugs Bunny, escaped from the Looney Tuneiverse, but he took a right turn at Albuquerque instead of a left turn, and so he got lost in Nova Toidtopia. Once he got there, he saw that they were in need of law and order ever since Team Evil took hold of the region, so he decided to run for office as a humble Congressman.
Surprisingly, he was unanimously elected, and so he celebrated by holding a party in the Town Hall. He announced his intent to clean up crime in Nova Toidtopia, and then he was greeted by a Team Evil grunt. The grunt decided to show his support for the new Congressman by throwing a pie in his face. In response to this, Daffy took out a hunting rifle from his suit and said
"You're despicable."
Weapon/Other Abilities: He's Daffy Duck. He also carries Elmer's (stolen) hunting rifle on him along with two revolvers that he mugged from the infamous duo Rocky & Muggsy.
Other: I literally made this up just now as a recolor of and counterpart to Mayor Bugs Bunny

The Witherwalkers' Stronghold
Located in a desert; the headquarters of the Witherwalkers, a secretive cult dedicated to the extermination of those known as the Wither.
The Witherwalkers' Stronghold encompasses a wide area within a desert, centered around their main fortification. The central building, made out of smooth stone brick painted over with white dye, serves as the living quarters of the Witherwalkers' members. The interior is surprisingly cozy, decorated with wool carpets, paintings, and various modern amenities such as indoor plumbing and air conditioning. The basement holds a dark secret: underneath a potted tree is a secret passage that leads to an expansive dungeon, where they hold prisoners and beings suspected as being part of "the Wither." Nobody knows exactly what the Witherwalkers classify as "Wither," but most subjects that have been tortured and executed by the cult appear to have practiced some form of sorcery. The underground dungeon holds many twists and turns that will cause anyone who is not familiar with the layout to get lost.
The fortification's balcony overlooks the entire stronghold, which includes farmland for growing vital crops, a warehouse for storing the essentials, a graveyard dedicated to fallen Witherwalkers, an outdoor library filled with propaganda, and a small, run-down village meant for slaves that the cult has captured. At the top of every structure in the Stronghold is a flagpole that holds a flag with the emblem of the Witherwalkers: a charred skull with red eyes above two crossed swords on top of a smoky red background.

The "Citadel of Disrepair"
A prison on top of an abandoned hill, it is the only remnant of a greater community.
Only recently discovered in a far-off forest, this strange structure that archaeologists have nicknamed the "Citadel of Disrepair" appears to have been a prison, although no one is certain as to what type of prisoners it may have held. It may have once reached up to the skies, nearly touching the clouds above, but all that is left is a decaying two-story stone structure. Cracks are prevalent in every stone used in the building and moss and grass have started reclaiming the land. There are large patches of disturbed soil all around the prison, suggesting that others may have built housing or other buildings near the prison, but that the structures either fully decayed or suddenly disappeared.
Historians have surmised that there must have been a civilization that once lived in the region, but due to some unforeseen circumstance, they no longer exist. There have been several speculations, ranging from an earthquake that may have toppled parts of the prison and crushed the citizens of the civilization to a disease that spread throughout the area and wiped out the population. In any case, the "Citadel of Disrepair" stands as the only indication that someone lived in that general area.
