How hard could it be, *is shot* to make a megaman game with changing graphical system.

You could play in CLASSIC mode where everything is 8 bit.
You could play in GENISIS mode where the Wily wars style is used.
You could play in SNES mode where 16 bit is used
....................... PU mode........................
....................... PSX mode........................
....................... Ect....

I know that there would basically have to be multiple copies of the stage for the 16 and 32 bit modes. wily wars just was different sprites over identical stage. and these are 2d stages, If they could fit them on a nes cart back in the day, I'd hope they could cram them on a disk without much difficulty.

I am refering to a megaman collection game here. not necessarily mm11.

then again if they stick to 8-bit, it is more likely to attract custom content. (how many mm1-6 romhacks are there compared to mm7/mmx1-3) It is simpler.

edit: Ninja'd I would love for capcom to make a megaman themed FPS, Halo Vs Capcom?

He is trying to ask for somebody to rip the tilesets.

He can't do it himself due to not having the correct software.

Edit: sprites inc is only missing DWR tilesets as far as the gameboy games go, so someone should try and rip them

MM1 Elecman. reason already given.

MMDWR Cutman. Not enough room to dodge his attacks!

MM2 erm, Quickman. I can buster only him on the refight though.

mm3 fricken Hardman, never could figure out the pattern to the fists.

mm4 drillman. a pain to dodge, no clear pattern

mm5 darkman 2, I suck in this fight but all the others are a breeze. If you want a real robot master I'd say the hardest is crystalman.

mm6 centaur. Teleporting jerk.

mm7 Slashman.

mm&B yep Dynamo doesn't even seem to be weak to copy vision.

I really doubt that the wii would have that much trouble with a stage builder for a 2d platformer. I am well aware of the wii's memory limits, but geez SD cards aren't that expensive.

as for the whole first one being on a different system issue, I doubt that will matter as many games skip or change systems over time. X3 to X4, Rocket knight adventures to Sparkster, ect.

If you were trying to get on the classes server I remember YD had done a quick fix to one of the versions at the last second, the result is that  some people got a bad version of the same program.

Try redownloading all of the wads to make sure they haven't been secretly edited. :twisted:

OOOH politics.

I am a lousy RPer, I tried it a couple times and got bored.
That being said I do like to watch the occasional game. especially if it is an interesting subject.

anyway, I kinda agee that Roleplaying should stick to a dedicated server, I never had any issues with the "clogging up the chatbox" bit though. (Perhaps because I mostly play singleplayer doom mods and I don't experience it enough.) rather, I think that the roleplayers are idiots for trying to play in an area where it is easy to get a metalblade to the face randomly.

Just my opinion, don't take it too seriously

Finnaly get to post in this forum :lol:

So i was playing on a classes CTF server. and I was Using Blizzardman, I was threatened to stop use blizzardman on the count that he was broken. Now, I asked why Blizzardman was considered broken, but Wily Alien, quickman, and Flashman werenot. But I was not answerd and eventually I was kicked for reason:None Given.

I really can't believe anyone is using V4A for Multiplayer. It is horribly buggy. I hope 4B is soon!

I HATE core Ibis. Probably the most annoying boss I have EVER fought. At least with the bluebeam trap You know what youve done wrong, but IBIS, Gah. Even iff you hit every corner perfectly Jet will suddenly get a magic speed boost and blow by you.  :mad:
