I have though for a move set for mega for a while and this may be huge but hear me out.
Standard's (A moves so far)
A> Slash claw it is one of mega's only melee weapon's so it fits.
Dash A- Slide/Charge kick, very week but if it hit's it will Always trip opponets.
Smashes:(Flashes Like chargeing his arm cannon when doing these instead of yellow)
> smash Flame sword, Behaves just like slash claw but will do fire damage and is slower for it to hit.
Down smash: Wild coil, the more you charge the further theyy bounce.
Up smash/ meteor smash: Knight crush, for up smash he dose and overhead style swing, For meteor he spikes the opponet downwards.
Specials:
B: Megabuster. He can shoot three shots per screen. His charge is differnet than the others. When he charges he can move and jump around, the relased shot does not due much but is has a pretty good knockback.
B>: Im thinking ether Ring boomerage (can hit twice in one shot power is fair when this happens) Rolling cutter (does massive damage but is unweildly) or mirror buster (behaves like in mm10)
Down B: Random shield, he uses allmost All sheilds so chance is a big thing for this attack.
Leaf shield (most common) This thing behaves like in game, but if a fire,blade or explosive weapon hit's the shield goes away
Junk shield (second most common) This behaves like in seven but if an explostion hits it it automatically goes away.
Jewel satellite (un common) This will reflect all progectiles and I mean ALL but melee attacks will have reduced damage beams and darkness destroy the sheild.
Star Crash (rare) it will give you complete Invinceabillty but for a Very short time.
Skull barrire (very rare) If you are point blank and this sheild is summoned it is INSTA-KILL It will do 999% precent of darkness damage and the knockback won't stop untill you die
Up B: top spin. Mega jump works diffrently than other characters he get's one moon jump but no double jumps, Top spin gives you 4 small quick jumps that do 5-10 damage but they help you reache the map and control mid-air easyer.
Throw basics:
When mega throws he as three option's: Thunder claw is the equivelent of toon links hook shot, but it paralizes you. Super arm is what he throws you with and he can grab up wards in hook shot fashon via wire adaptor.
FINAL SMASH: Super adaptor, rush comes down and jumps onto Mega, the screen flashes and adaptor mega apears. In this form mega can Fly by pressing the jump buttion it moves simmilar to super soinc but is is much slower ( ganondorf speed) the standard buttion it can charge, power = to falcon punch and spechal behaves like the super adaptor cannon.
