In cloudman's stage, you can freeze the cloud platforms to get rid of the clouds, and thunder bolt can electrify them and they will do you damage.

Dark Man, Gyro Man, Quick Man, Spark Man, Bright Man, Pharaoh Man, Stone Man, Wind Man, Junk Man, Turtle's Realm and Walk the Invisible (Megaman 7 Wily Stages 2 and 3) Flash in the Dark, Strange World, Dynamo Man, Frost Man, Aqua Man, Elec Man, Shadow Man, Megaman 5 Wily Stages, Megaman 3 Wily Stage 1, and Galaxy Man, Tornado Man, and Hornet Man. This series has great music. Oh, and all the ones from Megaman 10. All of them.

Anyway,
Most of these masters will have a critical attack, be it summoning things, speeding up, and whatnot.
Rifle-Speeds up, calls in a helicopter to attack
Sketch-Starts drawing instant death spikes and flings them around the room
Static-A huge TV screen in the background starts creating electrical bolts which fall from the top of the screen
Shard-Shoots 3 shards at a time, floor crumbles when hit by a shard
Multi-Adds another tumbler to mix in another weapon
Wake-Summons ramps which he can jump off of
Specter-Summons Astro Zombiegs to attack you
Mirage-Creates fake platforms and items around the room

Rifle Man- The quote unquote leader of the group, originally made to run a safari business in the African Congo. Weapon-Rifle Shot
Sketch Woman- Ran art museum tours. Using a special pencil, she can materialize anything she draws on a canvas. Weapon- Sketch Doodler
Wake Man: Worked at an X-treem wakeboarding park. Can turn into a boat. Weapon- Outboard Corkscrew
Mirage Man: A scorpion based robot designed to lead travellers through the desert. Weapon: Sting Poison
Specter Man: Worked at the same haunted house as Shade Man. Designed after halloween ghost costumes. Weapon- Leech Sapper
Static Man: Worked mechanics at a TV and Radio Station. Weapon- Dead Air
Warp Man Ink Man Shard Man Amp Man: Rock concert worker. Weapon- Audio Blast
Multi Man- Somewhat like Doc Robot, he can take past robot masters' weapons and combine them into a deadly array of attacks. Weapon: Multi Tumbler

Not sure if he counts (he doesn't have a Doc Wily Number) but Doc Robot. They hit hard, they spaz out when you hit them, and they cause you to have to beat 18 ROBOT MASTERS IN ONE GAME!!!!

Also, Chill Man is a cheap spike-spamming idiot.
