Ok your elite superiority complex drives me nuts for a single reason.Actually, the patch notes (http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/84873) specifically refer to Advanced as the "normal" difficulty, equivalent to the game's difficulty prior to the patch. Also, your confusion above is exactly why I care. Normal has a reduced payout, and this game is all about the grind, so it's in your best interest to play on the most profitable difficulty you can stomach. If you can't stomach Advanced, then it's perfectly acceptable for you to play on Normal. I for one find Elite to be infuriating at times.
Normal is named normal because that was the only difficulty. Advanced and elite were added, not normal and elite.
In addition, why the hell do you care? Why can't I play on a difficulty I feel like playing on? Do I need to morph my playstyle to match yours?
Sorry for the outburst but Jesus fucking Christ you're driving me insane
In other words, I enjoy the new system of everything being free, and actually preferring the old Mist Energy system makes you just sound resilient to change. Really, you've managed to make a flaw for nearly every new feature in the megapatch, and you can't even keep them straight half the time. ("Stop playing on disabled orangutan mode"? Real funny once you get your ass handed to you in a freaking Deconstruction Zone of all things.)Actually, I like mist removal. I just think that Three Rings got the balance on the replacement features wayyyy off, and that their crackdown on altdragging negatively impacted legitimate gameplay to an unacceptable degree. My hatred of the Forge was rather premature, however; I'm not having too much trouble heating my gear. The "mentally disabled orangutan" thing is partly a joke and partly my bafflement at why you would play on "Normal" when Advanced is both the standard difficulty and more profitable.
He doesn't even have a battle sprite.I'm actually thinking of getting a Maskeraith. This post is what won me over.
I suppose he has a love/hate relationship with the mist removal.
I forgot that getting new gear became significantly easier since the update, due to star-seperated alchemy orbs that can appear by rare chance, but the seperation in general.Actually, it's significantly harder to get new gear, since instead of having completely reliable Mist Energy to craft things with, you have dropped orbs, which are so rare that finding one is a screenshot-worthy event. The star separation basically means you're forever doomed to have a handful of orbs you can't use for whatever reason.
The full line of Voltedge, Triglav, and Plague Needle all take 300 Krogmo Coins at maximum, due to all the recipes. By now, I've spent 150 on both Shockburst Brandish and Boltbrand. I have 150 coins to go.
I made a new mini comic picture thing, celebrating me finishing Giga Roll 2.0.You make me proud, son. Keep up the good work.
I seem to have portrayed Oilman as a character who seems to have a knack for pissing off the female characters.
(Of course half the time he doesn't really mean it.)
First off, I was playing the knight rescue mission, so the exit was in fact blocked. Second, running past all the loot defeats the purpose of playing on Elite. (Also I screwed up the locked-door chainQuote from: "Balrog"note to selfHow about you just run for the exit in Deconstruction Zones? It's fairly close in most cases, and it's not like it's blocked or anything
never play solo elite missions again
ever(click to show/hide)
)How about I go LEL and make my own guild.First of all, having more than one guild is a waste of effort and energy. I can give you Guild Master privilege if you really want it, I guess.
Also, I've solo elited every mission so far at some point.
Only on 4-2.
I got this.
Man up already and ELITE everything.

Man, i like that secret and fast shortcut in Wuhu Mountain Loop.Die in 10^100 fires. That was (if I'm understanding you correctly) a horrible glitch that completely destroyed that course.
From what I've seen, a lot of the community is flipping out over te lack of mist energyWelcome to the Internet, you must be new here. People always flip out over changes.
...idiots.
