Hey there, I was trying to Mod Rockman 7, but when I go test it, the game... huuuh... get some weird colors, I would like to know if this is Windows 7's Paint's fault or something.

It is. You need to use Winndows XP paint. That should solve that problem.

I am working on a mod that replaces Mega Man with Oil Man,for no real reason.

Well, here's what you do:
When you see a server, select it and choose the "Get Server Info" option. It will give you, among other things, a list of the pk3's and wads in use by the server. From there, just make sure you have the same add-ons in use, and you can join no problem.

Another fun thing to do is to bind "summonfriend [insert robot master here" to several keys, then start a deathmatch with plenty of bots.

The Robot Master classes are neat. I like to summon two robot masters to see them duke it out.

Update: Now, I have Melee Mode.

I actually would like to create this game, but I have neither the skills nor the recources. This could, however, be a recource for those who might want to.

I put a lot more effort into this image than a brief glance will reveal. Can you find all of its peculiarities?

Mega Man Discussion / Mega Man... On a Graphing Calculator!
« on: March 22, 2011, 12:29:46 AM »
Well, what this is could be somewhat akin to an art project. Essentially, it's trying to make robot master sprites simple enough for a graphing calculator, with them still being recognizable. Examples:

Left to right: Mega Man (base), Spark Man, Magnet Man, Fire Man, Chill Man, Blade Man, Astro Man, Splash Woman, Bubble Man, Clown Man, Crystal Man, Shade Man, Sword Man.

If you would like to add some of your own, it will be added to the front post (with credits, of course). Make sure to label your drawings.

The purpose of this is to see how robot masters look with the maximum amount of limitations.

Left to right: Pharaohman, Protoman, Ringman, Toadman, Dustman, Diveman, Skullman, Brightman, Drillman.

Left to Right: Row 1 = Stoneman, Chargeman, Gyroman, Napalmman, Starman, Waveman, Gravityman. Row 2 = Tomahawkman, Knightman, Yamatoman, Blizzardman, Windman, Plantman, Flameman, Centaurman.
