My request for a weapon: the Dispersion Cannon.
When you use it, it shoots forward, or angled up, down, left, or right.
It's a little hard to describe. Let me paint a picture:
(Fires once: goes straight)
(Fires twice: shot 1 goes straight, shot 2 is angled up)
(Fires thrice: shot 1 goes straight, shot 2 angled up, shot three angled right)
...and so on.

The weapon is from an old computer game called Fury 3.

Well the way I see it, playing as a BigEye would mean you could only move by jumping, and you could only attack by stomping enemies. That would be rather akward.

The problem is probably that Bigeyes are overpowered, and/or would be bizare to play as.

I recomend that you use NEStopia. Then open up a Rockman 2 rom (NOT Mega Man 2, but the japanese Rockman 2), then finally open up the Rockman No Constancy rom.
