Well, for 1, you can input:
bind (letter) "(what you want it to do)"
For messaging, I imagine you would put:
bind (letter) "say (message)"
I'm not enitrely sure about the say part, but the bind part I know for certan.

My idea is an expasion (well, 2 of them): Rockman Deus Ex Machina and Rockman No Constancy.
These hack of Rockman 2 are very well made. It would be intrersting to make maps of these levels, and maybe make the weapons as well.

In truth, I'm pretty sure it will be 8-bit.
HOWEVER, the reason for this may not be as obvious. In the Mega Man titles, it always was in threes:
1-3 (No charge shot)
4-6 (charge shot)
7-&B (16/32-bit graphics)
9-11 (back to 8-bit)

I imagine after 11, it will go away from 8-bit.
I actually kinda like the MM8-style, it's just that some of the sound effects and the voice acting were kind of sucky. It should take away swimming, or improve it.

Paradox Man: Theme would be calm, and somewhat soothing, to contrast with the hectic stage.

Shatter Man: Something "crystally", of course.

Well, I already have Glitch Man, whos attack is pretty much Za Wardo.
And, well, yeah there is "time-paradox", his stage probably would have nothing to do with time, thus neither would his theme.
Good, design though. Getting rid of the time theme, and adding something else might work. Maybe...

I am making the music myself. I'll be taking the hack route, and simply make 8-bit versions of other musics. Hey, it worked for No Constancy.

I will need help with level design and coding, as well as sprites.

The soundtrack is now more or less complete! Though, I don't have the boss intro, castle intro, or boss defeated themes, I got everything else!

And it's in version 4 too!
