IIRC Power Stone does the same amount of damage as an uncharged Mega Buster shot so in my opinion, it's still useless. Others might find use in it if they can aim it, but I can't so meh.

Child molesters for robot masters is not good for them youngsters.

Implying voice acting IS the game. Honestly, besides Rose, the only complaints I ever hear about this game is "the voice acting sucks".

No it's your fault that you dont know how to use it and just say that the weapon sucks. The weapon doesn't affect every enemy so that was more likely your issue.

Plus, you've got the whole "BOOM NO WEAPON ENERGY" problem

Tis a glitch involving post damage invulnerability, again only when you're using it wrong/against shadow man. It was fixed in Wily Wars and MM2GB.
And the whole "Why use it blah blah blah" Its your choice. I personally find spinning into an enemy a lot funner thus I use it. Why use it? Its different. But thats just me.

1) You do get damaged while using it.
2) It doesn't work against the weakest of enemies.
3) It's completely useless until you get to Gamma/Shadow Man.

1) No, you don't.. like I said, if you get damaged, you're either using it against a boss or not using it correctly.
2) If they're so weak why not kill them with something else? Top spin works on stronger enemies, thats kind of the point.
3) Given a lot of pepole dont use weapons out side of boss rooms, I have no room to argue here.
Anyway, I'm done arguing.

Not them themselves, their levels. Also bring up reasons as to why top spin sucks. If you're saying "You get damaged when using it!1111!!11!!@@1e11" Then you're either not using it correctly or you're basing it by using it against shadow man which is a horrid why to judge a weapon, not to mention if you grazed him in mm2gb you wouldn't get hurt.
For the best possible way to explain why top spin DOESNT suck, I'm going to resort to Qzecwx.

At least Mega Man 5 wasn't rushed like Mega Man 3. Mega Man 3 was horribly broken in my oppinion. They had an incomplete damage circle, the levels were very short, and you got some pretty terrible weapons.

Mega Man 5 wasn't rushed? Dark Man 1 and onwards seem pretty crappy. And Mega Man 3 was really broken except maybe shadow blade. Speaking of Shadow Blade, what were the horibble weapons? The only bad one I can think of is Spark Shock.

I have the hardest time remembering what robot masters are in mm5 that's for sure.

Same for me but replace robot masters with songs. I can't tell them apart for the life of me!
Also the level design isnt bad persay but it could be greatly improved upon. Stuff like Wave Man and Wily 2.. just ugh.
