I still hold that Taric/Leona function well in that regard but Braum does look deliciously tanky.

I found it kinda bland since it shared so much with WW (aside from the city) and it took forever to make bells.  NL is definitely a stronger title and worth getting if you've ever been interested in the series/liked the previous games.

Also, an important thing to know when jungling is that you should let the laners take the kill when at all possible if you're ganking. It is their lane, and you gank to help them gain control of it.

Unless the lane is dumb/behind enough catching up will be mostly impossible for them.  I'd say a fed jungle (which can wander and help get the other lanes get fed as well) would be more preferable to catching a lane up so everyone is on equal footing.
