Anything Goes / If the internet was real life...

(sorry if this was already made)
So what if the internet was real life? How would you imagine it? Would logging into a website be walking to your job? Who would be the guards outside a building, if any?
For me, personally, an IRC network with Anope services would be all these different rooms, each representing a different channel. There is a butler holding a clipboard outside each, with the clipboard having a list of the bans (+b), invites, (both +I and /invite), and ban excemptions. (+e)
The Anope services would each have their own special vault for all their commands, including help. ChanServ in a channel? I imagine a nice brute with spiked shoes that can goRAEG MODE somewhat "angry" when told to.
I'd go on with my view, but I don't want to make it to rambily. (or however you spell that word) (pm me if you want to know more about my view, or more about what I said)
