Sorry for double-posting, it seemed best to not simply edit the first.

Looking it up on the web, it seems that 1-3-4-3 on a Phoenix BIOS for the beeps, the description says "Test 512K base memory". That was the only one like that on the page, however. So it may not match what the real problem is.

So perhaps it has something to do with the motherboard's base memory going bad, or something like that? I could be wrong, but that seems like a good guess.

Mind giving me the model and manufacturer of the motherboard, too? That way I can check the site of the company who made it, see if they have any info on it.

Edit: The model "number" is likely to be in one of the manuals for the computer.

In other news, my old desktop might be biting the dust already. As soon as I turn it on, the PC speaker (or in other words, the thing that makes it beep) starts beeping in a specific pattern, and the monitor doesn't show anything. It just refuses to start the boot process at all, so I am to believe it's a hardware problem.

If anybody has some suggestions on how to fix this, do tell.
Tell me, what is the pattern of the beeps?

Argh how do you use Skype?
I'm lost.
I don't get why people don't look in the help that is clearly linked to in the program.

Actually, LlamaHombre, I'll add you tomarrow. I'm not on my computer currently.

Also, Kapus, I meant in real life, not your internet characters.

I am (for some random reason) now wondering what gender Kapus and Ivory are IRL.

If you do someday want to use your skype, let me know and I can add you to the shit we're in.
Add me. (pm me for my username, I don't know if I can trust some of the people around here (especially Kapus) (sorry if that was mean or rude, Kapus, I was just kidding))

You seem as if you don't know the difference between a "break" and a "indefinate hiatus", Magnet.

On the other hand, he could just be being an asshole and not really resigning from Cutstuff. (I doubt this is the case, but still. Even Alucard is likely to do that!)

*later...*

*looks at sunset with CMM; puts hand on CMM's shoulder*

Me: "I don't think he'll be back, CutmanMikey."
CMM: "You sure?"
Me: "Mostly. Not completely sure, but somewhat sure."
CMM: "I will miss him. He was a great person in general to the community."
Me: "I will, too. I will, too."

*camera zooms out as it also simutainiously fades to black*

(lol story)

I'm more worried that Trollman doesn't know what crochet is.
This is the best thing I've seen all day.
Yep, it is for me too.

As much as I love to see tributes to the Blue Bomber, that thing is terrifying and is going to give me nightmares.
LOL

I'm sorry, but that is the funniest thing I have read all week.
I have to agree with yah, LlamaHombre. It is.

Makes sense.

I've been doing real well with getting weapons on TF2 recently. The crates I've been opening have been giving me rare weapons, or at least a strange version of a regular one I could get from one. I'm so lucky.

Mets (the MM enemy) are better and cuter, though.

Also, anyone here think chuggaafan1 is the, shall I say, 4chan member of the cutstuff community? Or at least the complete idiot and/or moron of the cutstuff community. Cause that seems exactly like it matches him.

Ones such as Google [Bot] or Yahoo [Bot], or even Bing [Bot], are just the search engine's spiders (thats what they are refered to) just indexing (and possibly cacheing the pages too) the many forums, sub-forums, threads, user profiles, and stuff like that. phpBB, which is the software the Cutstuff Message Board (not the blog, just the message board) runs off of, has somewhere around 50+ bot profiles included with a phpBB installation. Don't worry about having to deal with them. Not even CutmanMike has to do anything to let them work! phpBB basically does all the work for you.
