It seems like maybe the bookkeeping for this expansion is kinda behind, so I'm gonna try to sum up everything in the last 40 pages or so. I'm sure this is full of all kinds of misinformation and errors, so please feel free to straighten me out.

Since I just realized that MagnetMan is currently on an indefinite hiatus from Cutstuff (as Roc referenced a page or so ago), I kind of agree that we need someone to take over for him in running the expansion, if that's possible, to keep track of all this stuff and make executive-flavor decisions, so that this thing can eventually get finished. (If no one else wants to, I would be willing to do it, though admittedly I only have experience making skins and maps with custom textures, so far...)
