I wouldn't base my tier off of precentiles. Whatever grade the weapon earns is what it earns. I don't see what's bad with a lot of strong weapons.

If yar a teacher and then yar class does really well on a test. What will ya do then? Fail some that did not get the 85+ on their test?

Same with the other way around, if yar class did really bad, then pass the folks with a 35 (if that WAS the highest score)? I still fail them.

Wow Savior!! Nice example!! Every weapon in this game is good at SOMETHING depending on the situation/map layout/gimmicks!

I forgot what that stage looks like, but I know it has a lot of wide space, so skull is useless there. Infact it should NOT be there. Whats the point in running away w/Skull when your opponent is following you in a wide place where you are easily targetted?
Plant would be a good repleacment there.

Also, not meaning to be off topic but, how do you guys cross out your words with a line? I'm a noob.

Almost all of them. Basiclly, Saivor took weapons and ranked them soley on their brokeness or their damage. Perfect example of this is Junk Shield and Atomic Fire. Atomic Fire is damn near useless for duels unless youre lonewolf unless youre in a tight corridor. Its perfect for DM because you can just fire it at a crowd and are garunteed to get 1 or 2 frags. For duels you actually have to use it. And for such a long charge, its not really worth it. Yeah, its insta kill, thats the only real reason its that high up the list. Junk Shield is just OPx1000 so thats why its so high.

Gonna hafta disagree with you on Heat but agree with you on Junk.

Heat is awesome!! And it ain't cheap! Like the Slash Claw, Heat is good for intimidating your opponent on duels in large areas other than small areas.
Like Knightman's stage, Heatman's stage, Fireman's, and Cutmans!
