Help & Editing / Bug wit the Evil Energy Robot boss fight?

Okay so I'm in the Mega Man 8 chapter, at the final boss of said chapter... The bug comes in when the Evil Energy Robot uses his version of Thunder Claw, as I'm sure he's not supposed to do it INFINITELY. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Wanna try these achievments? Well just put a screenshot (or 2 for my beating a nightmare challange(one for showing you have it on Nightmare and one for winning))

#1:Finish the main story.
#2: Finish the MM7 Chapter.
#3: Beat a nightmare.

#5: Get an achievment.
#6: Beat the Met Daddy with the megabuster only!
#7: Get all achievments!

Beating my three bots on nightmare and Beating the Met Daddy with only the megabuster are my toughest challenges I am asking you to beat.

ok, i was playing a mm8bdm server, when all of a sudden, a guy who was also named mike858 showed up and insulted me and the skin i was using! and my name is orange. if you see a mike858 and the name is not orange, thats not me!
