Make sure you have an "Actor Hits Floor" sector action that runs Script 1 placed on the same floor as Gutsman G. That could be your problem there.

Favorite class: Ballade
Greatest Rival: The AI bots
Reputation: Dunno, since I've never played online. I like blasting bots though.
Anything else?: Has no avatar, making Jelly World more bouncier in the next version of Chaos Generator Upgraded, and is responsible for a zombie infestation that will occur in two days time. :twisted:

If you're talking about the map selection in Offline Skirmish, the maps are hardcoded into Skulltag and there's nothing CutmanMike can do about it. I haven't tried, but I don't think you can select the stock Doom II maps, but you can play on the stock Skulltag ones, although I wouldn't recommend it since there may be glitches (missing textures and invisible items, etc).

Finally! :) But I assume that the class bots are supposed to be played in Skirmish and servers and not the campaign; I mean, how are you supposed to defeat Gamma as anyone other than Megaman, Protoman or Bass? For example, how much of a little chance is Gutsman able to defeat him without Hard Knuckle, Rush Coil and Top Spin?

Help & Editing / My Zombies keep spawning stuck!

Pretty self explanetory. I have zombies spawning in a "secret mod/update/thing" that I will release in a few days, BUT the problem is they keep spawning inside the walls like that! This renders them immobile, but still capable of attacking players when they get close.

How do I fix this? :?

I think I found the problem; the MAPINFO defination had "islobby" in it which I think is the cause, so I removed it. Then again, the problem may still persist because I have no idea what that does!!

What happened to the Skulltag wiki, anyway?

It's not been happening to me. :shock: I'm not acually sure why it's happening to you. Try map voting if it's happening to you.

Could it be the random stage feature? Try it on Ver. C, if you still have it. That's when the hub was introduced and didn't have a random stage feature.

I need to know if I can use the Zombie skin for a secret project I'm doing in time for this year's Halloween. :twisted: He's coded in, and he works resonably well (not without bugs though), but I'm not sure if I can simpily use it.

Is this okay?

Yep. Download link is gone.

That's acually a good point. Now that's got me thinking; who else thinks we should get a permement host for our mods? Because with the large amount of mods MM8BDM needs one and authors can't stay around forever to reupload if it gets taken down.

Yes, I really wished people played Chaos more often rather than Roboenza. Chaos is more varried in gameplay, while Roboenza is more or just the same.

Speaking of which, I'm updating my own extension for chaos, with bugfixes and a new chaos effect which I will reveal when it's released.

Note that God Mode does not provide complete invincibility. You can still die by being telefragged or touching the lasers in Quick Man's stage. But there is a way to subvert this; if you give yourself an item called "LMSInvincible", it makes you invincible to everything. To do this, type "give LMSInvincible" and you'll be invincible to everything, including the Quick Man lasers.

Which brings me to this: one of the single player bosses can easily kill you by jumping on you, even if you're on God Mode. If you want to use LMSInvincible against him, make sure he raises up and reveals himself first, or else he won't move and you can't damage him.

Reminds me of when I made my own classes mod once, which I never released and I never will. Each class was like Mega Man but their default weapon was their own weapon with infinite ammo. There was no balance at all. :mrgreen:

But, I managed to give Gutsman and Hardman an earthquake ability from falling too high, which caused everyone else to harmlessly bounce. The only problem was that it affected the entire map rather than a certain range...
