Au contraire.
Celebi uses puke scripts all the time in his server to give out items and change certain elements of matches. For example, he'll make everyone invisible, or give everyone an exit unit, or etc.

Tsuki's strategy is greatly flawed. If he were to concentrate the devils into one area instead of spreading them out, they would've been more successful.

How do I use puke scripts with the rcon? They seem quite useful.

I just did an epic runthrough of touhou 6! If someone can play this replay and record it as an avi file, I would really appreciate it! My computer isn't good enough to record, so I need someone else to.

First, look at the replays you already have in your replay folder. Rename the replay to where it is 1 number higher than the last replay you have (Example, if you have 3 replays, rename it from th6_09, to th6_04). Then, open the game to view the replay.

I think I can see where JX is going, if my suspicions are correct, boy scout Dan Jenkins was working for him, and he gave him the soul of yellow devil. If he did, he may be able to regenerate himself. If not, I'm horribly wrong.

A few rants of mine
Slashman: Please reduce the distance of the dash and the damage done from it
Turboman: Please reduce the size of the main fire's hitbox, because it is VERY annoying to dodge, and make it to where his alt moves STRAIGHT FORWARD, similar to punk tackle. If not, please make it to where if you ram into someone with the alt, it does lots of damage, but it does something similar to blizzard bowler, where he bounces off the target.
