Ok, I attempted chaning the back vent a bit, Its not bad, but its not great either. I also fixed his shoulders in the Fire 1 Back frames. Also his last 3 Back/R frames are also facing the right way.

True, though I'd probably end up making it not look so great trying, I attempted when I first made the skin. I'll try again tomorrow and get back on my progress.

That was all using Blaze's version, and mine the right arm (the one thats Air's Buster) looks stupid, but I took both things wrong (the vent as Nemz said and the arm) so this one is slightly touched up.

Also brought back mine's firing animation on his' vents, face and legs. The front vents are blue again.

I'll confirm it for you, Dyna's stage had Conveyor belts near the beginning, thats the interiors, and the ones above them are the sides.

Ok, with Permission of Blaze here is a combined version of mine and his Wave Man.

It is his Wave Man's skin, with minor errors fixed, the belt and leg tops are purple, and he has the vent on the back from mine.

This isn't final too, like Llama did, give your feedback and I'm sure Star will pick the most popular.

MM1: Cut or Bomb (to not backtrack)
MM2: Flash (got a problem with it? I don't even use Time Stopper to get to Quick)
MMW1: Cut - Flash
PC: Sonic
MM3: Top and Snake (once one order is done).
MMW2: Metal - Needle
PC3: I change it up
MM4: Toad or Skull
MMW3: Shadow - Skull
MM5: Gravity
MMW4: Toad - Charge
MMW5: Mercury (duh) - Pluto
MM6: Yamato
MM7: Cloud - Slash
MM8: Grenade - Aqua
R&F: Cold
R&F2: Dangan
MM9: Galaxy
MM10: Pump or Sheep

I also never use weapons in stages unless I need them to progress until I get to a boss, that includes Rush except for Yoko Blocks.

Bot chats, making the bots themselfs is simple and can't be done until the skins are done.

And according to Blaze he made the Wave with Megaman and Megaman has the pk3. There is also the Wave I made so there are two different ones.  Both has differences, I personally feel both have there ups and downs.

I like the style of the belt in Blaze/Megaman's more, but I like how I kept it purple. Firing animation idea was good in mine but execution was better in theirs. Mine is easier to tell the difference between him and Air from behind.

Maybe this be one of the things we vote on, or maybe make an agreement to perhaps mix the two? Use theirs and add the purple, and the back (the back is pretty handy in knowing if you are running at Airman or Waveman)

The problem I have with giving Shark a visor is that, well, nearly every DOS boss has one. Blade, Shark, Oil, Torch, Bit, Dyna, Sonic... The only ones that don't are Wave and Volt.
Well you are right on the visor thing. Though I'm not seeing Shark's as much of a visor but more a shadow casted by his helmet.
Like I said though, use which you want, you are the one running the expansion.
Unless you decide to have others pick out of any submitted skins which they would like to see.

Ok, I quickly did some edit work for what I mean on these two, you don't need to use these but here they are.


Also refer back to the Tox Man issue, "no one while want to use it if its just a Megaman with a different head." Thats why we need the DOS3 bosses to be more then just simple changing there heads. Hell if you want even make an alternate skin of Oil with his visor down so his face has a "purple tint" to it.

As you can see, Oil Man is a solid color MINUS the leg lines, the "ear pieces" and his face mask. So the colors being based off Flash's pallet would be wrong.
As for Shark with the smirk his face is too similar to both Gemini and Shark, who he already looks enough like.
But if you made his face more of a silhouette it would make him a tad more accurate to his in game sprite (which most skins are supposed to be based off of) as well as makes him a bit more original compared to everyone else.

This is simply to show some progress and to get critique.
Oil's primary and secondary colors are inconstant. His torso is the same color of his arms and legs, but you have his arms and legs as secondary colors. May I suggest making the arms and legs blue, the "under suit" area and the lines on the legs teal. As for shark, maybe make the shoulders bigger, and go in line of his in game sprite, where his face is just a silhouette and mostly black or at the very least get rid of the snake man smirk and give him a teethy angry look like his mugshot.

i dont get it.. its mm8 isnt being done because it had mm8 bosses and putting in mm8 weapons would make it easier? thats all i got out of it.. :L


summer break sounds good for making the expansion,(or earlier lol its been delayed forever >.<) but we need a team to work on it
From what I understand there is a team working on it. I could be wrong.
As for what I said, I ment the Rockman Strategy expansion, because that expansion will need elements of the MM8 one.

The MM8 expansion not being done it actually why I don't expect much for the Strategy expansion yet, cause it had MM8 bosses in it so mixing in weapons from 8 would make it better as well as having more things to work with.
