gotta agree with G&W, Volt being Junk would fit, both jump a lot and use shields. Bit could probably work for Turbo, bot start with there basic attack and rush across the screen.

And personally, I think your RP servers are just a little less pathetic than the Cutforce that would try to ruin them.
And believe me, they are VERY pathetic.

It's bad enough you have to be a weirdo who plays the role of a make-believe character on a shooting game, but being a humongous douchebag about it is as low as you could stoop.

Hm, I think Human Destroyer and Finitezero host the servers, just a hunch though.

Some people take their RPing like an art, I don't know how the RPing here is but it must take a bit of skill to get it to work.

Not bad, though Force Field, Nuclear Detonator, Water Shooter work like the bosses versions.

Torch Arm is nothing like it is in game, but its not a bad idea for it. Also it doesn't change colors.

And Shark Boomerang is litterally a reskin of Ring Boomerang except for maybe damage.

As I already said (and I'm guessing you are doing), feel free to edit Volt to have a walking animation.

I can't help with much more but I do have ideas on how weapons could work.
Blade Launcher: (I've seen this one but this may make it a but more unique) Instead of one shot forward and 2 45 degrees horizontal. 1 shot 25 degrees upward, 2 shots 25 degrees horizontal, making a triangular spread instead of an air shooter that doesn't raise or pierce.
Shark Boomerang: Goes straight stops momentary goes straight back the way it came until it hits something, no pierce, high damage.
Water Shooter: think Air Shooter that goes down instead of up and doesn't pierce (basically how it actually worked in game too).
Oil Stream: Fast moving, low damage low ammo usage shot good for sniping.
Torch Arm: Replacement weapon to the Buster, slightly slower, slightly stronger decent ammo.
Bit Cannon: rework Thunder Beam, remove the 2 shots that go sideways, turn it 90degrees so the shot goes sideways, lower its speed A LOT, up its damage. Make this weapon slow as hell, you see this thing coming but it hurts like a bitch.
Sonic Wave: Think Gemini Laser but it moves faster, hits only once, and doesn't last as long.
Force Field: Drains weapon energy while active, blocks shots, does damage and deactivates on physical contact with an enemy.
Nuclear Detonator: A Remote and Timed bomb in one. The bomb goes out like Hyper Bomb but at a shorter arc, it will blow up after 5 seconds (thats shorter then in game) or can be detonated early by the user. It has insanely high Piercing, able to 1 shot flawless unlike hyper bomb's only close enough. Drawback: It can hurt ANYBODY, even the shooter.

Hope those ideas help out if anyone wishes to use them.

Ok, sorry bout the double post also for the 3 people who DLed the test pack that I uploaded them as WAD and DLS but here is the same foulder with the PK3s included.
Also fixed the little error in FORTG with a wall being climbable.

Ok, I'm going to try a play test pack, its just the three maps I've made in a zip, so individual, so people can give me feed back from first hand trying.
The maps are NOT done, not by a long shot. All I did from whats been posted already is up the spawn points to 32 each.
Feel free to use this maps how ever you please.

Actually the submitted character was Splash Woman, also a Honey Woman was picked but Inafune didn't want the first game with a female RM to have more then one so Honey Woman was changed into Hornet Man.
