[*]Quickman's boomerangs brought up to official damage. His altfire now homes in again.
[*]Powered Up weapons and Classes added!
[*]Flashman's time stopper no longer transforms classes into Megaman.
[*]Needleman has to wind up before shooting. He slows down while firing.
[*]Sparkman has to charge his sparks, so his ROF is slower. You should be able to escape! Altfire sparks lifted off the ground.
[*]Wind-down time on Iceman removed.
[*]Fireman's bar regenerates at the same rate if he's firing or not.
[*]Woodman's altfire no longer uses ammo.
[*]Fixed Quickman laser death crash (JaxOf7!)
[*]Super Adaptor is back! Carry replaces Item1 for Robot Masters.
[*]Using an upgrade twice changes you back to normal Megaman.
[*]Bass can doublejump!
[*]Treble Item updated.

Actually, could you edit Centaur Man? Despite amazing potential, he's extremely low-tier due to his low damage output and slow fire rate (his HPs are ok, he makes up for it with speed).

I'm thinking faster fire rate (2 shots per second?) or higher shot damage output? Maybe 2 centaur flashes per bar?
