You have to use a client like Nettalk or MIRC in order to access it. You can also use stuff like chatzilla to access IRC.

if you are worried about whom is in control of the channel on Skulltag network then I'll have at it. I already run my own clan channel there that's part of the Doom competitive community (and third larger channel too on Skulltag irc during the evening or weekends). I will easily put my boot up a troll's ass with !kickban or !addlamer which can basically remove the person from the channel forever.

I'll elect Ivory, DTD, You, Brotoad, and other Cutstuff staff to help function the channel. Just give me the word and it will be good as done.

I can do the same for other networks too.

I don't see why we can't have an IRC network or be on one like esper.net or quakenet. Making a channel (room) is pretty easy as hell, but then I guess you want a whole network instead of one room so you can have multiple topics.

Once again, a very detailed sectorwhored map so this is visually pleasing. It has the same textures and theme flow like GVH31 so I suppose this is just your signature style. I do kind of agree with DTD about the outside, as if I was a human I would have no need to even step inside and get buttraped.
