This fixes the wily grovel errors created by V5B for RozpackV4, allowing it to be played in V5B. Make sure to load this BEFORE RozpackV4, otherwise the patch won't work at all.

4.5 is still in progress, sorry for the delay. Between overtime from online classes (college in general really), collapse over someone for their petty reasons, and cruddy internet, I've had very little free time where I've actually felt good about working on it. However, I've been able to do a lot more over these past few weeks for some reason. From rehauling the powerhouse (again) and the study to structure updating Last Whisper. Weapon layouts have also been looked at (although going through everything is slow) with new, fresh rules. No more or less than 8 weapons per map, 1 weapon per slot, and 1 slot per map has 2 weapons instead (for the minor spicy variety and I don't currently plan on giving up on the core number 8). Large capsules are more varied and placed throughout the map, along with small capsule rearrangement (compared to the archaic "1 of each large capsule per map"). All layouts are now finished, with only texturing remaining on a select few. In theory I'm almost done with it but I just don't know exactly when, my apologies. I hope you all look forward to it.

P.S. Remove Roz16 from rotations it doesn't work for anything that isn't recreational. (Also reminder that the map was replaced entirely in 4.5)

Since the scripts for the pits and Beat Call were changed for v5b, outside-area pits in some of the levels (mostly ones where Beat Call is not available) were not altered to have Beat Call function properly. Instead the player becomes invulnerable to the pit damage and Beat Call says inactive.

As far as I'm aware, it wasn't really an oversight. Beat Call is in a weird spot; it's helpful sure but the majority of map makers (and potentially players) don't really care about it. If they do decide to add Beat Call in their map, they'll add a script that calls it properly for that map but won't bother to call it in maps that don't have Beat Call. That's pretty much what happened with core as well. If it was an oversight, then Beat Call is pretty forgettable (still is regardless of outcome) based on the reasons I described earlier.

As far as I know, nobody has regularly updated the wiki since like late V2.
There's been a few revivals of people wanting to take care of it, but ultimately they end up stopping because it's such a chore to update and manage.

Relying on wire to reach an important location of the map is bad design for modes outside of (T)DM. People are unable to reach up there through conventional means in those modes. Although sorted on a case by case basis, the area where ETank is does not intrude on normal gameplay and is fine, whereas the area with HyperBomb would be a huge flow adjustment if the bubbles were cut out.  GutsBlocks wouldn't work there because the ledge is so high up; no combination of viable patterns for the GutsBlocks would exist. Bubbles are a different flavor of jump pad (and deemed "universal" enough that they can work in almost any map regardless of aesthetic) that works well with the map and improves pacing from the otherwise slow climb of a GutsBlock formation.

So, with the Time Stopper rework, are there plans to add it to more stages? It's no longer a gimmick weapon and now has extra uses, and I'd like to be able to use it outside of 3 maps.
Probably.
It'll still be treated as a strong pedestal type weapon, but it certainly isn't as taboo to place as it was in the past.
we didn't even get around to spreading out more MM9 weapons to older maps, woooooops
at least eddie bomber is bountiful
