i have a bit of a problem, in LMS (and maybe more game modes too) whenever you get one frag the boss music kicks in. And in LMS when one player gets eliminated the victory music plays, if it isn't the last kill the music kicks in again. Kind of surprised this issue hasn't been addressed on here until now.

I haven't really played all of the FF games but out of what i have played:

Bravely Default (hue hue hue)
7
3 (on the DS)
1 (i played the GBA version)

I really need to get more into this series because it's always interested me.

If you ever get curious enough to play some of those games completely, try playing the master system version because they have a noticeable lack of screencrunch making some areas less bull-shit-y.

After seeing all of the much more creative classes got in, I knew I wouldn't be able to stand up to the others in terms of creativity. For the next game I already have something, much less boring.

Anyways, congrats to all of the people who got in!

A lot of these maps are really good, and I see a lot of texture mixtures I never thought have worked together and they seemed to have been pulled off great! Wish i could have partaken in this mapping jam, but I can't really map on a deadline too easy.

Mega Man Discussion / Re: Megaman Unlimited
« on: August 03, 2014, 05:56:30 AM »
I don't really get most of the hate for Mega man unlimited's difficulty, its noticeably harder than most mega man games from what I've played, but I haven't really encountered spike hell like everyone else seems to have, I enjoy the game for what it is, even if some things feel off. Biggest problem is the stage length, and not so much the difficulty, however even then, the stages aren't as marathon-y as people tend to say they are. As a side note i still have yet to play whirlpool man's stage or the extra stages yet, although i still haven't beaten the main game. Whirlpool man's stage might be the next I take on.

Wow that was um, a lot more time and effort than I thought it would take when I started writing this post, worth it though. Might make a location based on Strye's current residence later.

Name: Cain "Stryfe" Stryfier
Class Name: Spell Fencer
Appearance: Young warrior kind of guy, wears gloves, has wolf ears and a wolf tail because He's cool like that. He also likes wearing his lucky blue scarf. (I might draw something, i dunno this is optional anyway)
Personality: A cocky, naive, jokester kind of guy, spouts a lot of insults but usually he only means about 15% of them
Desired theme of skills: Much like the spell fencers in Bravely Default, Stryfe can take a turn to enchant his sword with a type of black magic, then for a brief period of time his physical attacks have the effects of the spell, whether it just be dealing fire damage, to inflicting poison or silence.

(Brief edit to keep this character from being tied to me, and more of his own entity)
