How about this idea for an alt:

Iceman drops ONE icicle, which plants itself in the ground in front of him. This icicle is solid, providing an improvised platform, blocking incoming shots, etc. Dropping it on someone's head will deal huge damage, but won't create the wall.

Because that's how MMPU's Iceman Special Move actually worked.

It would turn Iceman into a more defensive/supportive class (which, from what I can understand, is kind of what he's supposed to be anyway) and less of a "I'm going to crush everyone with my random-ass icicles" class.

Make it happen, YD!

Why not just balance it, instead of replacing it with something non-canon? Limit the amount of icicles, give the attack limited ammo, something along those lines.

This one might count as risque, I dunno. It's not NSFW, but it's skimpy, and there's blood n' such.

Lately I've been working on a graphic novel where ALL THE CHARACTERS, with the exception of a monster, are lumberjacks. After awhile, you get tired of drawing dudes and want to depict a few ladies with your pencil. It just started as a simple picture of two women whose appearances I hadn't decided on yet. I happened to be listening to some metal as I drew the picture, and let's say the music I was listening to heavily influenced the picture.

Also, I made this pic, because I love Goombas:

Actually, if the ceiling is high enough, Cloud Man can stay mid-air as long as he wants by recharging as he falls.

And I purposely tweaked his buster a bit. The plain tube he actually has just didn't look right, so I added a segment and a vent. I was going for a slightly motified, "gritty" to make him look as tough as the song depicted him.

And yeah, it's Air Man ga Taosentai. I drew that shortly after the song came out, though after hearing The Annihilation of Monsteropolis, I've had a hankering to draw him again, looking even more menacing.

I like how they haven't actually improved the AI of CPU trainers at all over the years. They still don't switch, and they've still got physically/specially based pokemon with special/physical moves, respectively. Yes, I know they can't be perfect, as they're not human, but it wouldn't hurt to spruce it up a little.

You haven't played Black and White, then?

Ghetsis, in particular, didn't do any of the things you listed.
