however, Mr. X and korby is saying how it is wavy but under my eyes it seems pretty straight to me lwl.

firstly, i didn't mention the megaman 6 robo masters. secondly, Diamond man's function is a diamond detector, who can detect diamonds using his diamonds on his body. thirdly, a robo master isn't any better just because he serves a function to humans

Unless Diamond Man was made as a death machine, which then it most likely wouldn't be a Diamond Man, but something...more deadly.

At least I'm 90% sure that's what he meant.

pharaoh man isn't meant to be a tour guide. I think it was something directed to tomb excavation or something. But if we where to look at megaman 2, all the robot masters were built for combat.

I spoke with fyone myself and diamond man is designed with a purpose. His purpose is to fire the diamond hands like missles aiming at megaman, they can deflect off the wall into pieces (like dustman) and he can also fire the diamonds on his shoulders and head in the air and three will fall down to trap megaman.

His body is built slender and slick so that he can easily maneuver with his heavy diamonds.

I agree with that, it is good to keep in mind the template of what was made in the past. But look at splash woman for example. Not only is she the first and probably the only female robo master. but also has no feet (aka, the signature boots from all robo masters) but also follows a different attack pattern.

It is best to design a robo master that will being something different from the rest of the robo masters, and not just the same design that most other robo masters has already have.

And I think mine needs a bit of last minute editing

honestly, fyone's diamond man is actually good enough to be accepted for megaman 11. he has all the right  elements. I don't know what your talking about when you say his face is weird toid, to me, there are lots of robot masters with wierd faces like astro, ice, guts and most importantly air man. The concept of the robot master also makes him original basically because of him being of the jewel element and not following that like of shot concept from crystal and that shield concept from jewel man. It also looks like a diamond man, when fyone sculpted it out of clay (with my assistance of course ^w^) the name "diamond man" came naturally. Also, his design was inspired by blade man. I saw fyone taking reference to blade man's concept art while constructing him.

to me, not liking this robot master is like hating on blade man, or drill man, at least in my perspective. Also, his body doesn't look like a rag-doll, it looks balanced and firm to me. reminds me of drill man.

also, you shouldn't go by the old elements of capcom's robot masters. it seems that in every new megaman game they bring something new to the table (aka, breaking the rules with one or two robot masters)

I dunno, This is far more simple than macawman and was really my second option. If there where more colors macawman would have looked better.
