I have some questions. Can somebody answer them for me?

1st. whats order of megaman levels (example game starts with Cutman stage and latest is...?)
2nd. Custom skins, is there the way to put them with Classes mod?
3rd. I wondering if there an option to make Skin selectable only by one player. (like in game can be only 1 megaman, bass and etc) Or just reserve skin for admins/mods.
