Personally I would like to see the Stardroids in the core game. Nowdays I prefer playing with those dudes in the Justified Classes mod, especial with Terra. The GB Mega Man V. is my second favorit game in the series next to MM8 (Saturn). Stardroids, and Terra boss battle for the MM8BDM v5, or one of the upcomming update for v5! :D

I played a bunch with weapon copy classes, and it was really fun.Requires a little more strategy, but can do higher damage than the original itself. But I felt that something is just missed.

There are no Mega Ball at all. Since Proto Man and Bass has they own special abilities, Mega Man could have the Mega Ball as selectable starting weapon. Not the best weapon ever, but fun. Justified Classes must have the Mega Ball somehow. :)

Community isn't required for a game to be enjoyable. I played alone, I played with friends, and I never was on any of those community servers, nor on any of its sites. The game is good, and can be enjoyed even alone. I just picked it from GOG.com (a far more cheap than steam, and not require any 3rd party programs like that lame steam-thing), and searched on my discs for the downladed maps. Since I have this game again I play so much, and even played on LAN with one of my friends.

You see, there are no need for good community, we just need friends. If our friends isn't interested we can still play alone. I played only against bots in UT2004 since 5 years, and I still found that game interesting. Nah, Jedi Academy is far more interesting. :)

This isn't my first post here, not even my first day in the forum. But this is the first time seeing this topic. XD

I'm not that big gamer fan, but still love playing time to time. I spend most of my times with my friend and with my girlfriend. If the time comes to the games, then I prefer the unique ones. Mostly when I can be unique compared to other players. I like when the games' characters are different, and can not be played with the same style. The MM8BDM with some Robot Master class mod is just perfect for me. :) Since the MM8BDM v2, this game is one from my "eternal three", the games I always have on my PC. The others is the UT2004 and Ultimate Knight Windom XP. :D

Other than this I really like the Sailor Moon show. The manga and that new remake isn't that good, I like only the old anime. My name comes from that show. :)

How about adding more requirements for the transformation? For example the player must pick up more than one item. And those items would spawn as the Terminator item: randomly. Sometime it can't be get because it spawned too high, but after some time it will respawn somewhere elsewhere.  :)

This make not just harder to get the item... but makes the player confused. Watching for the item, or watching for the incoming fire.  :mrgreen:

I see. Then the reason behind this could be only the requirements. Maybe the MM8BDM requires better PC than the UT2004. XD

Yeah, that would be bad and boring if everyone can pick up those items everytime. Even if they can't pick up anymore anything till they fragged by other players. Just boring seeing them go for that item immediately after respawn without a shot toward us.  :?

Maybe if the use of that item would be forced somehow. Requires a specific amount of HP, or requires time to activate after pick up...

Sounds fun! :D

But I actually experienced the same. While we played UT2004 on LAN there was no ping, not even on the larger stages with bots. But with MM8BDM there was always 2-4. Sometime even lagged a little. I think it is because the engine was not made for handling this high amount of data. But I don't know either. :O

I totally agree with Carprillo. Not all maps have the Super Adaptor, and most of the maps which has can not be reached with Proto Man or Ballade. Basically you can't use even if the stage has one. It would be better if they can use any other item like the Power Adaptor, and such.

How much I played with this game during the late 2005, but never installed again since the disc blowed up within the drive of my ol PC. Now I got it from GOG.com in digital release, and work like a charm. :)



Alongside with the Unreal Tournament, this game requires no introduction. It is the last game in the Jedi Knight series, and the most Jedi/Sith oriented one too. The game focuses on saber combat and Force use, but still has a decent load of firearms. There are different styles for the saber, and many upgradeable Force powers. Alongside with the skin, you can customize your character by selecting those styles and powers. Has a superb story mode, but it is more fun in multiplayer. It is also very modable. It uses the id Tech 3 (Quake 3 Arena) engine, and its scripts are very similar to the one used in the Doom's PK3s and WADs.

Also I has a bunch collection of custom maps from old community. Some of them are no longer on the net anymore, but I uploaded them again. :)

Actually the point-moment targeting is the problem with the game. It targets you when he shoot, otherwise it is fire around you. This is what I not like in the shooter Touhou games. For example in Ether Vapor, the enemies shots exactly towards you, while shooting toward where are you moving currently. This combined with some homing shots, and basicly you can avoid the projectiles with reflexes. I know it is really hard to play, but fun. XD

There are some infos about a new Touhou fighting game too. I'm interested in that.
