If you mean 4 player splitscreen, it doesn't exist.  It's online, LAN connection between computers, or offline against the computer.

I don't mean 4 Player splitscreen.  I need a tutorial on how to play 4 player offline!  :?

Okay, thisis thed disscusion for Mega Man 8 stuff.

Weapons
Flash Bomb
A stronger and bigger version of Ballade Cracker.  Differrences from Ballade Cracker are: Explosion is bigger, Explosion lasts for a few seconds.
Color Scheme: Blue-on-Yellow.  
Type: Projectile
Astro Crush
An area of effect weapon with a huge range! However, You cannot switch weapons or move until the move is done executing, and execution takes a long time.  But you are invincible while executing the move.
Color Scheme: Green-on-Yellow.  
Type: Area Of Effect
