I put IX pack in my MM8BDM file

Here's your problem. Redownload 8bdm and this time simply leave the IX Pack pk3 in the same folder as your 8bdm. Never include any wads or pk3s in the actual MM8BDM-v2c pk3.
Sorry about that I actually meant my MM8BDM folder not the pk3 file for it sorry about the missunderstanding

Try not to set your mouse sensitivity to low or to high to low will make aiming slow and clunky to high will make you flail around. Also if you ever get frustrated CALM DOWN one of the biggest problems gamers have is that they get frustrated and it fogs up their mind. And the number one thing is to find the right balance between reckless and playing safe but if you are in a map where the only choice is in the fray my best advice is keep moving and jumping but while doing this focus on hitting your target

Well, doomseeker should tell you which WADs are missing... Don't you see a message telling that?

check those wads and download it manually (or using Wadseker)
I put IX pack in my MM8BDM folder and it still keeps telling me that those wads are missing

MM8BDM Discussion / Food for thought
« on: June 25, 2012, 04:14:31 PM »
Hey guys I have some food for thought as the subject should have told you. With allot of masterfully crafted mods and games like this they tend to get popular and as we all know new people come along to this game and the forums and they are pretty friendly
but what if this mod got really popular? We would have more fantastic mods that there are way to many to keep track of. There would be somewhat of a problem with all of that beside the fact that everyone needs the same wads to play. We would get some of those awful people who flame others for killing them and spout off insults as if they were a machine gun made of bad manners. Personally I doubt that would be possible as most people like that try this and quit within a day because this game has a different play style to what they are accustomed to so we keep those kind of people out. Anyway this is my first topic so you can brush this off as just a newbie post I just wanted to give you guys something to think of  :)

Anything Goes / Re: New to Cutstuff? Post here.

Hello I am Super Bros Bros and Im new to this forum. If you wanted to know why Im here I might as well tell you. I found out about MM8BDM through a friend And I figured I would check it out upon playing I realized that I haven't played an id like game in a long time so I would try some multiplayer to see if my skills still held up.......they did not. After that I figured I would see what the community is like I was planning just to lurk considering that most other forums have players flaming one another for killing them in a match but it appears that the doom community is still as freindly as I remember it and this community is also pretty friendly (at least that's what i think)

In Game Name- Super Bros. Bros.
 Favorite Mode- Bot apocalypse
Favorite weapon- Power Stone and the quick weapons but I find the Mega Buster is the most handy when in a pinch
Skin- Bass-sgc or Crash Man
Rivals-I really don't look at any of you like rivals you guys are helping me brush up on my pretty rusty doom skills
Reputation- That one guy who does that one thing
Anything else- You guys are awesome
