yeahhh i definitely meant one hand out like you were doing before over on the right hand side, that's what i meant by stuck out arm pose haha
king's skin got changed because he used to turn during it, so it's much better to have the consistent ones without rotation

though i'd probablyyyy change the arms on the walking anyway because it does look a little silly, everything's looking pretty much perfect already you really came out of nowhere and knocked it out the park

The two things I could do is either make the arms from his natural idle, or work on completely unique armwork.

Here's the sprites I have regarding Virusman.



The one-hand shot sprites were my original intention. But if the rotation shooting is gonna be added, I could redo the running sprites to make him more mobile as opposed to just looking like he's balancing himself while looking straightforward.

Edit: Saw the above post, i'm a quick worker and entirely focused on Virusman all night. I can do one hand shooting sprites for him I suppose. It's less of a deal and is more identifiable then "where the heck is Virusman shooting at?" kinda of deal, y'know?

1: There's no particular need to, you'll just need to make walking frames and maybe use the stuck out arm pose as an attack frame, as long as you can animate him it doesn't really matter if you know (but there's not that much point NOT knowing...)
2: Until the expansion is out I'd prefer it was held off from public to actually give the expansion content, yeah. Hopefully that's not a deciding factor lol

Okay then, I had it set up so he'd use just one arm to attack, but I suppose animating him attacking by using his stuck out arm pose will take one sprite longer (because he does a complete 90 degree turn with it, so the diagonal rotations are custom). It won't be long.

May I try working on Virus Man? I could show my hand at it. I just got about two questions.

1: When I do Virus Man, should I just spoil myself the battle by watching one on Youtube? I kinda don't know how he works, but I do like his look.
2: Can I also post it as a skin when I finish it onto my topic? Or does it need to be withdrawn until release?

Fun Fact: I already got his full rotations and running animations (2/5ths for the running anyway) down pretty ok. If i'm turned down by any chance, then that's ok, I don't mind much. I'll show it when 3 rotations of running are made.

I noticed Clownman under the right hands can cause a bit too much damage with the Touching end of his Lightning Chain as opposed to the actual chain. I've noticed that half my team is pretty much gone when Clownman can touch you simply compared to the chain hitting. Any plans to nerf it (or adjust it somehow?)

And thus, there is something new I plan to give off to the community. An extra skin. I finally have time to do stuff now!
See above in the spoiler regarding the first post. I plan to convert stuff into a skin if i'm not lazy. I want to learn stuff and I will on the other page.

Well, this is an issue.
I was actually halfway done with this project when I got lazy, a few months after that (3 weeks ago right now), my laptop just gave up on me.

I got a new laptop now, but I have to start over. So I might go with the easy option and leave Krizalid out of the question for right now as he was a headache, and I lost all that progress I don't want to do again.

I used to have the Yashichi Crosshair back when I had my old laptop until it gave out. Does anyone else have a link to the Yashichi Crosshair that I can download it from?

Thanks! I can't convert it into a skin (and i'm not done with the entire sheet to speak of), but spriting it is a bit painful. I've wondered if the walking Krizalid sprites would be more worth doing then the running since the running makes a bit more sense, yet much more difficult to do. Anyway, thanks for the opinion!

Of course, there's the "Mysterious Robot" skin that walks and still runs the same speed, but you know what I mean.

Hello everyone! I am Raze! A new spriter (and skin maker) in the community. I joined about a year ago in an effort to make skins. However, school and motivation prevented these two things which violated what the main purpose of this topic was to begin with. And though I don't know how to change the name of the topic, I do plan to do mostly KOF (King Of Fighters) Skins soon enough. In fact, as of August 17th, i've finally posted the Krizalid Skin after neglecting his work for a solid year!

I plan to post more then just basic KOF Skins, as my first skin I posted and uploaded was Trinitroman. And now, like other people, I take inspiration to make mugshots for each character.

Note: He has alternate idle sprites due to how I hated the last ones. The Back-Right isn't all that great and neither is the back. But what can you do, am I right?

General Note: All my skins so far haven't been updated to account for the Arrow Buster Charging, sorry ^_^; I also think there isn't really a color that would match Trinitroman's so his showcase isn't here. That, and their backgrounds aren't transparent. I apologize for the messiness, i'll sort it out if I can.

There's more to come! You can request any as I have none to work on right now. And if you do plan to ask about skins, let me know. I generally will answer Fake Roll and the Raccoon Girl to the right, but the rest (including Alpha) in the Private Skin section I might not answer. There might be a day where I post a private skin rendering an update needed, but that's very unlikely.

Anyone here that knows Spec may be weighted by this...

But Spec's dead, he's been dead since a year ago or more, he died in a car crash... So he isn't here anymore, and it's saddening.
This topic is pretty much dead in other words, i'm using his laptop from long ago as I say this (I don't have any other computers because they broke down). It's still intact.
