Skin: Quickman

Health: Maybe 9000 i think or 6000

Speed: Quick!

Attack: Speed Fist is saxton fist with Quickman's hand sprite from YD's classes

Super Jump: Very high.

Rage: QuickBeam.

Sounds: Use sounds from megaman 2 the power fighters.

His hand sprites: Use quickman's hand sprites from YD's classes.

Oh yeah i forgot a thing he comes only in hard mode.
