Can't really speak for Jenova, but he has hinted that he can host a master server, in which BE would use and reopen the service without worrying about the Zandronum staff's interference. For this, it is advisable to convince both Zalewa/Blzut3 (doomseeker developer) and/or Bond (doom explorer developer) to add multi master server support.
