As far as I can remember, at least by difficulty levels...
-Elec Man
-Quick Man
-Aqua Man
-Bright Man
-Slash Man


...That's all I remember from the top of my head.
Did you just do it because of Roahmmythril, or is it coincidence.
Anyways time for my least fav list.

MM1: Iceman. No revenge strategy, also bad footholders, BAD!
MM2: Heatman. I NEED, AIRMAN!!
MM3: Needle Man. Hard to hit with his weakness, hits hard, etc.
MM4: Toadman. not the boss, but just the stage mostly that Escargoo. If we are talking about the boss itself I vote Bright Man.
MM5: Actually did not play it.
MM6: Knight Man. Nice stage, but hard boss imo.
MM7: Slash Man. Dinos, HOP N SLASH MAN IS DEVIL.
MM8: I played the FC, and I need to say uh, had trouble with tengu man. No flinch and no voice telegraphs is hard.
MM9: Plug Man. No. Not the blocks. NOT THE BLOCKS!
MM10: Chill Man, I always have trouble with the buger.
MMV: Never played.
MMB (1 & 2): Never played.
MMK: Never played their games. Sorry. But in MM10 I would say enker. Gave me TOO MUCH TROUBLE SINCE I DIDNT HAVE B.CRACKER
(FAN GAMES INCOMIN)
RF: Charade Man. NOOOOOOOO!
Unlimited: Yoku Man. Do I need to say it?
Eternal: Clamp Man.

I'm late but I'll admit
One reason I don't like 8:
The voice acting. I accept duo, doctah light, wahwee, sword man, and bass' voices. But I don't like anyone else, they just sound so, high. (aside from grenade man and tengu) aswell as the Jump jump slide slide part. (Also X4 Had a similar voice problem with X)
Good thing I played RM8FC. (did wish they had timeman and oilman in the game tho, would be fun).

Mega Man 7, not much, other than slash man.
And believe it or not, on the FC version, I beat wily capsule on my first try, ofcourse with a few e tanks and weapon tanks, and wild coil.
But atleast I didnt die to both wily forms

Also.
X7 and Sonic 06
Everything, everything is wrong with  them. EVERYTHING!

There is a problem I thought of just now
If the gas goes to a specific location, the people can just migrate to a NEW hiding spot. Meaning while one spot is canceled, other spots still remain

Has a Mega Man Eternal expansion been suggested?
I'm not really making it because I can't code yet, but maybe I could be credited for an idea of it, and having Mega Man Killers as actual bosses, but only 10 attempts ( to be nice) before having to skip, and you know, maybe OPTIONAL NEEDED wily bosses, and Wily Machine Eternal + Wily capsule could be the final boss(es), and also The Mega Man Killer, actually, I'd like to see the Mega Man Killer.

Wait, so it's just 8 maps for the expansion? No story bosses or secret bosses? JUST 8 stages? Wow, I was expecting something like Fish and Polar Man(if it was his name) being secret bosses (for now) or maybe Justice Man, but I still look forward to this in servers!
