The Federation of Fear
"Yes, little vermin, the rumors are true. The Federation is real, and we've come to annihilate you."
The Federation of Fear is a group of six supervillains, working together for an unknown purpose. In the past months, they've been spotted doing things ranging from bank robbery to murder. Their final goal is unknown, but it has been confirmed that they actually have one.
Little is known about the history of the group's members, as they keep their true identities hidden, using made-up names and masks to cover themselves.

Brutalus
"I'll splatter you across the dirt, grub."
Position: Leader
Description: Brutalus is the only non-human of the group, instead being a possessed suit of heavy black armor. Two glowing red slits appear from the helmet, which function as his eyes. He stands at 8 feet tall. He wields no weapon, instead using the sheer weight of his body to easily incapacitate foes.
Brutalus looks down on those who are not in the federation as weaklings, waiting to be squashed. He is easily irritated, especialy by Zoveki's attitude. Even so, he refuses to harm any of his fellow federation members, believing them to be "too valuable to be eradicated." He speaks with an incredibly low voice.
Abilities/Powers: Brutalus's body is able to withstand ridiculous amounts of punishment without flinching. The downside to this is that he is incredibly sluggish, meaning that he barely ever manages to get within attacking range of a target without an ally bringing them to him. When possible, he tries to take attacks for the rest of his team.
Zoveki
"I'm terrifying! You're terrifying! Everything is terrifying, so let's just sing the doom song!"
Position: ...?
Description: Zoveki is a human male who stands at roughly 4 feet tall. He wears a brown trenchcoat with many pockets inside, each pocket containing a vial of hallucinatory chemicals. His face is covered by a white mask with a wide, toothy grin engraved into it. He is completely bald.
Zoveki is completely and utterly insane, due to years of working with hallucinogens. He giggles to himself constantly, and his speech is usually nonsensical. He seems to be addicted to the idea of spreading his "cure" of insanity to other people, usually by splashing chemicals all over them.
Abilities/Powers: Zoveki is incredibly quick, able to run behind enemy lines and scatter chemicals on them before they can react. In addition, he can no longer feel fear, which is why he's usually sent on suicide missions that the other federation members are unwilling to carry out.
Sidlek
"In time, everyone will forget everything... yes..."
Position: Infiltrator
Description: Sidlek is a human male who stands at around 5.5 feet tall. He wears a long sleeve shirt with a black and white spiral on it, and long pants with black and white stripes. His entire head is covered by a dark blue helmet, which is completely smooth. He appears to have a one way mirror installed as a visor within the surface of the helmet.
Sidlek is a very calm person, preferring to avoid direct confrontations, both physically and verbally. He talks often about the futility of life, making interactions with other federation members awkward. He is very good at going undetected within enemy lines, even with his garish choice of clothing. He speaks with elongated vowels and "n" sounds.
Abilities/Powers: Sidlek has the ability to suppress the mental functions of most people and take over their mind, giving him complete control over their body and access to all of their memories. He needs to be in short range to initiate the takeover, but once he has, he can continue the control until the person he is controlling goes past 2 miles away from his location. He uses this ability to easily get past security and look at highly sensitive information. With a high amount of exertion, he can take over multiple minds at once, though only for a short time. During emergency situations, he defaults to taking over Totch to protect himself. While he is within someone else's brain, he only has minor awareness of what's going on around his own body.
Totch
"Eh? What happn'd? I was sleepin' again..."
Position: Gunner
Description: Totch is a human male who stands at about 6 feet tall. He wears a raincoat and jeans, regardless of the weather. His mask is golden brown, and a crudely drawn bull's-eye target can be seen on the front of it. His hair is a similar color to his mask. Though he prefers to gun down his targets, Totch also has a fair amount of muscle mass, something Sidlek likes to use during possession. He speaks with a thick seafarer's accent.
Totch isn't very bright common sense-wise, and often makes critical errors related to federation happenings. On the flipside, he's an excellent marksman with almost any gun, and can quickly identify the type and weaknesses of whatever weapon the enemy may hold. Whenever Sidlek takes over his mind, he simply remembers "suddenly falling asleep."
Abilities/Powers: As mentioned, Totch is an excellent shot with almost any gun. He usually carries twin pistols, but he has provided cover fire in the past with a sniper rifle.
Keera
"Put the bomb there, the whole place goes kaboom. It's not difficult."
Position: Tactician
Description: Keera is a human female who stands at roughly 5 feet tall. She usually wears a blood red robe and a mask of the same color, though when she leaves HQ she puts on a blood red shirt and dress pants to match. Her hair is jet black.
Keera is the only member of the federation who is almost never seen on missions, instead preferring to observe them and give tactical advice from the safety of federation headquarters. She can easily make split-second decisions that often save the rest of the team from being caught or killed. She often treats her teammates like idiots, explaining the simplest of tasks in extreme detail.
Abilities/Powers: Keera is an incredibly skilled hacker, usually using this ability to access city street cameras and watch for incoming threats. When she is forced to fight, she wields two poisoned daggers with deadly precision.
Yanu
"Did you know that 100 percent of all bisections result in death?"
Position: Swordsman
Description: Yanu is a human male standing at exactly 6 feet tall. He wears a tattered, dark green, hooded cloak with a mask of the same color. A single diagonal line is engraved in his mask. Underneath the cloak, he wears green cloth pants with a katana's sheath attached to them. The sheath juts out behind him, pushing the cloak out slightly. When he speaks, Yanu's voice carries a hint of some indistinguishable accent.
Yanu is rather creepy, mostly because of his strange addiction to slicing people open. He is usually the first to leap into a fight after Zoveki has scattered his drugs, and he always has a mad gleam in his eyes during combat. In spite of his odd behavior, he still manages to get along well with the rest of the group.
Abilities/Powers: Yanu is incredibly skilled with his katana, able to easily fell scores of simple enemies in seconds. Aside from that, he can also be very sneaky, and usually accompanies Sidlek on infiltration missions as a security measure.
