Help & Editing / Some confusing error is stopping my skin.

I'm trying to make a skin just like any other way I've been doing it, but for whatever reason it didn't work and this error showed up;

R_InstallSprite: Sprite ROKK frame A is missing rotations

I don't see what's wrong, I checked it and no sprites were missing. I have the files I was using here. Please help.
