Anything Goes / Invisalign or metal braces?

Pardon me if I am posting in the wrong section. I am a twenty-five-year-old from Canada. I am thinking about having invisalign invisible braces from High Park. I came to know that the treatment period for invisalign is less compared to that of metal braces. Does this procedure produce the same result as that of metal braces? Which is better, invisalign or metal braces?
