Obnoxiously old thread with a new post. Yes.

Well, there's a lot of new 'unofficial' expansions adding in more characters. Eyesore, Jugulum... even Yurei. I can tell at least some people want more classes. I for one would love all the folks from Ghouls_World myself.

It's fine as it is now, no more.. Some more creepy ghoul maps perhaps like an abandonded circus or highway.. and maybe Santa replacing Engineer :P

But to this day I continue to play mods on EDuke 32 and yeah I played it when I was little too (as with all the other fps games).

Or games like ninja turtles where if you go off the screen and come back the enemies that are killed are reseted and are alive.. goddamnit.

Lul, the game "Grabbed by the Ghoulies" was tough as Hell when I first played through it.. got stuck on that Boss for awhile, second time playing it was pretty swift though.

same with Oddworld Stranger's Wrath. Lots of frustrating parts.

I consider those 2 very hard, but not as hard as Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts

Didn't wanna make a thread about this.
But didn't know where else to stick this suggestion.

I think there should be a patch or a special edition which skins the Engineer to Santa, his sprites, sounds, achievements and weapons. of course it's only a skin so in some cases it will be read as engineer

(unless you can change words like this, not sure how far you can go with a skin until it's classed as a wrong version thats not compatible with the other ones people use)

And as it's merely a skin, things like the holly (saws) being reflected by sjas will not work.

Why you ask?

Well because alot of people miss having him in GvH and the exciting CD days . I was discussing this in GvH 2 days ago, and everybody agreed they missed Santa but could understand why he had to go, and think there should be a fun class skin people can choose to get.

Why not make it my self?

I'd rather it be an official one (not to mention I can nolonger get my hands on a copy of GVHCD). I don't think it should be left in hands of fans to create since it could lead to all sorts of problems (Encouraging some players to edit cuttys work and worse.. the Creepers being replaced with more visible sprites :/).

Anyways, it's proberly a dumb idea... meh santa! but.. I miss him alot <3.
