The skin has been updated, as well a bit of the bot lines (thanks to a friend of mine). The new animation is pretty fancy, it specially fits when you are using the Ring Boomerang weapon.



It just looks awkward when using the Bass item, but not like it matters that much.

Get the skin with the new shooting animation here.

Mega Buster Sonic for those who like him being a Megaman.

I ran out of options. I was suggested before to make him use a throw animation instead based on his ring throw from Sonic Battle, but then it'd look like he's throwing something upwards, and the bomb throw he has in the game is more of a downwards thing. I can update the character with an alternate shooting animation, in case anyone knows anywhere else where Sonic shoots or throws stuff. That or I might just make it like Metal Man and other characters do for shooting.

@SmashBroPlusB: Not request, suggestions. Something that I can considerate making in case I like the idea.

The original sprite design is from a Neo Geo Pocket Color Sonic game.

To be honest, the sprites I did were not even inspired on Sonic Pocket Adventure's sprites or style. I really just referenced it all from Sonic 1 sprites and tried to make it as close to Megaman style as I could with it.



I never really liked his SPA sprite design either.

Thanks for the comments ye all. By the time I have some more free time, I'll try and make more skins. So far, I have one in mind (not gonna ruin the surprise), although I would be kind of glad to take any good suggestions for character skins that would look decent in this game. Preferably, anyone classic Megaman related that hasn't been done yet, so it would kind of make sense in a way.

The intention was making his sprites custom and actually make it look 8 bit sized and styled for Megaman, so there.
