For the SegaSaturn there's the Action Replay 4M card that lets you play most JP and NA (and some European) games on any NTSC Saturn.

Some Genesis/MD games have region locking , like Thunder Force IV, but there aren't many of them.

PSP doesn't have any region lock, idk about PSVITA.

You ... really don't know what a drawing tablet is?
They work kind of like a touchscreen (minus the screen, of course), and they come with a special pen to draw with.
Lots of artists on the internet use them.

Strike the Earth is generic beyond belief and sounds like it was made on an C64 that had a Konami VRC6 chip forcefully jammed into it.
Not good.

I never cared about the game enough to watch videos of it or play it.

Considering that I had my fair share of conflict because of the 3DS and the horrible soundtrack of a GBA game it seems like some opinions are just too dangerous to try to elaborate on these forums. Mostly because the backlash gets unbearable once Skype reads it.
