Name: Roswitha "Roza" Arboriana

Class Name: Magical Spearmaiden

Appearance (Optional): What would you think a spearmaiden wearing magical girl clothes would look like? Also, green eyes and long green hair.

Personality (Optional): Not as silly as her appearance! Although she often makes bad puns and likes sparkly things. She can easily get into a super-serious mood when things start going wrong.

Desired theme of skills: Spear combat and sparkly magical girl magic!
Spear abilities would be normal spear things like ranged and melee combat.
Magical girl abilities would be cute and overly sparkly special enhanced spear skills and auxiliary magical abilites.
Those would be miscellaneous spells that aren't really normal healing or attack spells, but ones that affect combat more indirectly.

Something to add: She is a magical spearmaiden, not a magical girl with a huge stick.

Try using a different compiler and a better Antivirus?
The ones I have had running while doing C/C++ stuff on Windows operating systems never gave me trouble like that.

Roboenza would be a refreshing alternative to the garbage that people play these days.
Roboenza from the time before zombies were turned into harmless and weak pushovers, I assume.
At least thats how Messatsu's version got rebalanced in 2013.

I personally can't be bothered to keep things tidy in terms of organization at work unlike at home.

Then again, Linux basically strongly encourages you not to create a mess, unlike Windows, especially Windows7 which really encourages you to not care about where you save your files because of that library feature.

Mega Man Discussion / Re: Mega Man, easy, moderate, or difficult?
« on: July 26, 2014, 05:11:18 PM »
It *highly* depends on multiple things:
- How you define difficulty
- The game you're playing
- How much you let your overall opinion get affected by difficulty spikes

I'd say that the classic Megaman series is - from what I have seen - a little challenging but not too hard for the most part.
However, pretty much every game has those parts that are a lot harder than the rest, some games moreso than others. Hard as in frustratingly and not really fun to play hard.

MM8BDM Discussion / Re: MM8BDM V4A - RELEASED!

It would be a great optional feature!
Not to forget, you could make it a server-side setting and create an exciting new way to play!
Because as NemZ said, you wouldn't be able to spot which weapon other players are using as easily.

On a slightly different topic, I read an article on all the technical reasons why GBA games aren't on the 3DS.
Apparently it's not powerful enough to emulate 'em with an emulator.
BS.
Nintendo's own SNES emulator - while apparently slightly less accurate than bSNES - runs on some old PowerPC CPU on the wii and doesn't need a reasonably good CPU like bSNES does on the unofficial side of things. In other words, they seem to be quite capable of working with tight constraints when emulating their own old hardware.
The 3DS CPU seems to be similar to the one of the iPhone 3G which apparently had working GBA emulators.
And not to forget, the 3DS can actually work as a DS. So couldn't they basically write a launcher that loads a GBA rom and runs it on the DS subsystem?

And there's of course that one thing: https://www.nintendo.com/consumer/syste ... or.jsp?amp
