Where in the options menu can I remove it so that the weapons don't switch automatically every time I grab one (and so that I stay equipped with the buster)?

Help & Editing / Help - It doesn't start

When I start MM8BDM, the welcome screen appears, but almost instantly disapppears and closes by itself. Which means I can't press start.
I have a Windows 7 by the way. Does anybody know how to fix this?
