I think it's a decent enough map. It's simple and easy to traverse, though like others have said the ground is a little flat.

Well, it does fit with his Smash Bros counterpart, though I do agree that it could be shortened a little bit for gameplay balance. I think the delay should still be in, but perhaps it could be half the length to make things quicker.

I'd like to bring up the new music.

Saxton's is fine, but the other new choices I don't know about.

Hitler's is too soft, you should probably make it louder.

Zero's has already been discussed, you might want to look for something more instrumental. Ignore Christian Brutal Sniper, for whatever reason his music works for him, maybe it's the long instrumental intro.


The Last Stand music is WAYYY TOO LOUD. It also doesn't really fit that "Last Stand" feeling. There should be a touch of urgency and in the Last Stand music, like the old music had. I would vote for replacing it, either with the old music or another theme that fits that feeling.

We have a Black Mage skin and a White Mage skin but no Red Mage skin.

You know, why don't we have a Red Mage skin? Red Mage was my favorite playing Final Fantasy.

I don't play Final Fantasy or know much about it so I can't tell you if these are exactly "accurate".
They look good. Final Fantasy I doesn't have any first-person sprites, but looking at artwork and sprites from the remakes, Black Mage's HUD is spot on, while for White Mage you may want to have her part of her hand appear on the end of her sleeve, so it's only partially covered rather than fully covered.

I don't see what you mean. It's the same shade as the new Shadowman, unless the tiles changed, which if they did I would add in the old ones to fix it.

EDIT: Oh my, the tiles did change. I'll re-implement the old ones.

EDIT2: The old tiles have been re-implemented! I just had to put them back in the file and change the texture and animdefs files to not conflict with V3B Shadowman, and it's all working perfectly now.

I tested this and that didn't happen. I grabbed all the powerups and let them respawn, and they respawned where they were supposed to. Is this a type of thing that only happens online? If it is, I'll look into fixing it but I'll need to ask someone how to do so.

Some missing textures came to my attention today. I know about the missing one for V3A Shadow, but I was told about one being missing for V3A Toad but I can't for the life of me find it.

Does anyone know where said missing texture on V3A Toad is, or any other missing textures on other maps?
