The Killer Nacho, be careful when you say that. Drillman already has his recovery time nerfed to the point that you can't just drill away from the Hale easily (even though that was really fun back in the day, though I realize it needed to be changed), and if you nerf a class's defining trait too much you get a class that's been made useless and becomes the bane of your existence when you get it on random, like Windman and Dustman.

I have to ask, is this still alive? I just realized nobody has posted in here, and I've been pestering Messatsu about a map without noticing that the thread had died.

If it is dead, I just need to know so I can focus on something else, and if it is then I apologize for pestering Messatsu.


Just in case it is alive, I'll post my submission, which is just an updated version of my SMB2 map from a few months ago. I completely revamped the cave portion of the map to make it larger.

Hmm, I wonder if someone could host last year's maps in a server so those of us who weren't around for it last year can have an idea of what you want in the maps. I mean, what's the exact style you're looking for? Does it have to be straight 2spooky Halloween?

I was shown that skin when I started working on this. It was basically a white headband and nothing else added, and the link to the skin is no longer working anyway.

Wow, in comparison to the others I didn't alter my skin nearly enough.

My skin, as I'm sure I've mentioned a dozen times, was an edit of Cutman meant to play off the Kung-Fu Cutman meme. I had begun working on it before the competition was announced. I admit the idea wasn't clever and that I probably could've done something much more unique.

Fun fact, my first draft of the skin had a Fu Manchu, but it ended up not being distinguishable from the mouth and I couldn't get it to look better without using an extra color so I just removed it.

I love some of these designs. Copy Robot's Bubman is amazing.


I'll release my skin, but if anyone wants to tell me how I can make it better I'll listen and try to incorporate changes into it.

Yeah, I think I put about four hours into my skin, though to be fair it was just sprite editing and I've taken longer on skins like my two MMU skins.

I vote Classes TLMS, but,

can we have stock in them? I've played TLMS before in which each player gets 3-5 lives, but it seems nowadays whenever one comes up it's single life. I think it's more fun to have multiple lives.

Having a medal for trying might be nice. Just a "MM8BDM Contest Participant" medal, since obviously there can only be one winner for each contest. Having a participation medal, for entering and submitting a finished product, might encourage more people to try contests.
