And now its time for a little criticism...

First off, he seems a bit wide in his front frames. Also, the outline is too thick on his front frames, because you copy and pasted one half. This should be easy to fix, just trim the line down.
Also, he needs more visible color. Think about it, people can only see what weapon he's using for sure if they see him from the front view. If they're following him, they won't know what weapon he has.

Well, other then those few flaws, its great. Besides, its Eddie, and he's awesome.

Heeeeey I can use a hex editor.

I think I'm gonna dig around the files sometime and see if its as easy as changing the text in Ocarina of Time.

Also, has anyone nabbed the demo of Rockman 8 FC? I have, and there's something really odd: It seems you can't edit the images. That's kinda sad to see, because now it can't be fully translated.

Yes, but they're the proper size or at least close for the in-game animations. They're the same size in-game because everyone's sprites were the same size.

Yeah, that's pretty much my intention. I plan on eventually doing characters from Rockman Strategy. I have some others planned... but I'm too tired to remember what they are.

The height is accurate as it can get without being so big that it causes severe lag and goes through the ceiling everywhere you go.

So basically, Ra Thor is accurate, Ra Devil may be a bit smaller.
