Yeah I think I could make her head s pixel longer to fix the eyes and show a bit of her forehead, but i kept thinking about how it makes her look like shes trying to stretch her head out. Thank you though!

If it's about the sprite hair, I CAN change it to match the image, but like I said I got use to the color so I kept it that way.  

 Thank you though, but I'll stick with Photoshop and Paint.

Doesn't look too bad, actually. Though judging from the artwork, shouldn't her hair be a bit darker and less saturated?

Well when I first made her in sprite form I had to deal with "paint" messing up my colors (this was before I knew about color modes) and had to stick with this color. When I finally got freedom to use an unrestricted color palette I got use to the color and kept it.

 Also, since when does Mega Man games care about hair color consistency anyway?  
(e.g. - Mega Man in cut scene = Blue Hair
          Mega Man in sprite form = Black Hair
          Mega Man in Comics = Brown Hair)
