Leatherhead's demeanor was something special that your avatar captured well. Call bias for TMNT fan, but I like it anyway.

I feel that, if you ban MMWTDW1 for taking too long to duel in, it is only fair to ban MM3DW1 as well. There is literally nothing to counter mirror buster there, and, in the tournament environment especially, I am sure many would not hesitate to mirror buster all day. Of course, this is only the logical thing to do given the threat of the opponent doing the same.

Why is MM4DIV an allowed map? I thought MM4DIV was universally accepted to be a horrible map.

MM8BDM gets a good amount of activity and you will definitely find servers (whether or not they are to your liking is a different story...). I don't really like to be lazy and link you to something else, but I don't believe I could explain Doomseeker (great for multiplayer servers) better than this guide did:

MM8BDM Discussion / Re: MM8BDM Weapon-by-Weapon Discussion

I think what makes Wind Storm so notable there is that you can pick it up and it's immediately at the perfect spot to use. There's a stock of ammo right there to constantly shoot down streams of Wind Storms for huge area coverage and kill potential. I'm also fairly certain Bubble Lead doesn't rip, so I feel Wind Storm on MM5GRA should be dealt with specifically for the aforementioned reasons. Maybe a good start would be cutting down on the insane hitbox.

The Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Whether you remember the funny Bebop and Rocksteady leader from the 1987 series or the actual threat (!) from later series, he's a rather fun character.

I'm pretty sure the NES and SNES games got far more attention that the GB games, and MMB wasn't the most popular thing either. Megaman 2 was the Megaman game with the best sales, so it only makes sense to appeal to as much of the fanbase as possible, no?

Try loading Justified Classes as a test first. That specific .wad should work. If not, then that might be a bigger issue.

Megaman 9 and 10 perfect runs. This may not seem pointless at first, but after that many hours of work... trust me, it was pointless.

Mega Man Discussion / Re: Your thoughts on the Mega Man X series?
« on: July 21, 2014, 12:01:50 AM »
Not even in the bandwagon when I say X6 is a horrendous game. I like to beat games on the highest difficulty, but doing so on X6 is just a stupid waste of time. The level design is poor, the amount of luck involved is insane, and when Inafune said X5 should've ended it and left, it really showed in the poor quality of work. Download the soundtrack for X6 and you've essentially played the game. Megaman X was fun (albeit slightly overrated). X2 was a good game that I think deserves more praise: excellent stages, weapons applicable to each stage, and well-placed upgrades (air dash was a great addition). X3 wasn't too bad for me because I knew the weaknesses, but Sigma is extremely overpowered for a player that is playing the game blind. X4 was innovative with Zero and I loved the creative way that they incorporated weaknesses without completely crippling the boss and making him look like a joke as X (the character) did. X5 was overly complex in a couple ways and was a mediocre entry overall. To be honest, everything after that just took the X series away from the classic, yet fresh feel that made me enjoy it in the first place.

General Gaming Discussion / Re: Wii u is it worth?!

Quote from: "Ceridran"
When the Wii stopped reading disks, getting a Wii U was a great idea.
Would've wanted one either way.
Part of my reason for buying a Wii U.

Smash Bros looks 100% hype, so I would recommend a Wii U for that if nothing else. I essentially threw down $300 just for that one game. If it isn't good after the delays and stuff... that's the last of Nintendo for me.

General Gaming Discussion / Re: What's your favorite Zelda game ?
« on: July 20, 2014, 11:43:14 PM »
Twilight Princess was vastly underrated in my opinion, and it's my favorite game overall. Some games, like Skyward Sword and Wind Waker, seemed to drag out at certain parts and that kind of negatively impacted the experiences for me. Twilight Princess had a realistic art style that just clicked with me for some reason. Swinging around on the clawshot was particularly fun for me, although I can't say exactly why it was most fun in Twilight Princess. It was not a difficult game by any means, but it focused on smart play rather than overhyping the control scheme (Wii Motion Plus for Skyward Sword). I am truly surprised that nobody has yet voted for Ocarina of Time.

I see Auto as more of a support class to tank hits than a typical straight attack class. The things you listed all pertain to his offensive characteristics, so a buff is not necessary in my opinion.
